Edition “International Law: Collection of Documents” contains the fundamental international legal acts and is oriented to lecturers, graduate and undergraduate students, as well as practitioners, working in the field of foreign relations.
This publication contains roundtable materials, dated for International Human Rights Day. In their reports the authors examine such issues, as racial, religious and gender discrimination suppression by the means of international law; child rights assignment and protection in modern international law; human rights enforcement and protection during the armed conflicts.
It is a theoretical and practical publication, which contains materials of the roundtable, held among law students and devoted to such issues, as intellectual property rights, copyright protection in the Internet, international commercial arbitration, etc.
The collection contains reports, made during the International Conference “International Readings after Professor P.E. Kazansky”, which took place at National University “Odessa Law Academy” 22-23 October, 2010. The publication is addressed to specialists in international law and international relations.

The conference and publication of articles were made possible under the project supported by the Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine. It is intended for scholars and faculty staff, graduate students, practitioners and anyone interested in international law and international relations, history of law and state, political science issues.
The tutorial on international law aims to help to master the theoretical side of international law science, existing international law norms, their purpose and manner of application. It is intended for undergraduate and graduate students, as well as everyone interested in international law discipline.
Multimedia lecture notes designed to enhance learning and cognitive activities of students when they listening the lectures on the International Law. It structured, clearly, systematically presents the course materials, explains its complex and important for understanding aspects, allows to visualize the concepts, relationships. The lecture notes are presented using the program Microsoft Power Point.
In the near future the Centre plans to implement an ambitious project - the publication of the first issue of journal “Herald of the International Law and Justice” (together with National University "Odessa Law Academy"). Also Center invites authors who have prepared or are just planning to write a monograph, article, reference book, practical guide on international law and international relations to publish under its support.
